The blue lace agate was carved to accent the blue chevron pattern in the vein. A small .04ct diamond was set in a tube setting to accent the bottom point of the chevron. The other areas of the stone were accented with reticulated silver inlays. The upper piece was further enhanced with 18k gold granules that were fused to the reticulated silver. The finished stone is mounted in a fabricated thick sterling silver pendant bezel. The finished piece leads the imagination to a beautiful sunset by the ocean.
